Shipping policy

All items are made to order. Factors depend on size of total order and size of the model. 

Shipping is calculated on flat rate basis and is fulfilled by Australia Post or Sendle and its connected carriers internationally.

All applicable import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Made to Order production times are 42+ working days. all items are made to order. We are currently under HIGH DEMAND. Please bear with us when emailing for an update, we have had to reallocate resources from admin to production.

Retail (non made to order) items are not subject to the same turnaround times. These can usually expect to be dispatched within 2 weeks of ordering as we need to order from our suppliers -  NOTE barring some exceptions we do not hold stock, order dates should be available on the item description. Pre-orders cannot be refunded due to change of mind, these will usually not have a specified date - in particular the Obsidian Protocol range has long fulfilment times and is beyond our control. Currently their order times from ordering to receiving the shipment is approx 3-4 months. NO RETAIL ORDERS will be cancelled once preordered, all sales are final. Any damaged or missing items in retail will be assessed and replacements ordered from the supplier.

If a replacement order is placed by us to rectify missing or damaged items, these will be produced around our production queue and dispatched within 28 days of the initial reporting of faulty items. 

Terrain Items are an exception to these times due to the nature of a longer printing process. Those who purchase are doing so acknowledging this and agree to this policy by way of purchase.
