Shipping policy

All items are made to order. Current turnaround times range between 4-6 weeks. Factors depend on size of total order and size of the model. 

Shipping is calculated on flat rate basis and is fulfilled by Australia Post or Sendle and its connected carriers internationally.

All applicable import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Priduction times are between 28 to 42 working days. all items are made to order.

If a replacement order is placed by us to rectify missing or damaged items, these will be produced around our production queue and dispatched within 28 days of the initial reporting of faulty items. 

Terrain Items are an exception to these times due to the nature of a longer printing process. Those who purchase are doing so acknowledging this and agree to this policy by way of purchase.
